Good Honest Coffee

Their philosophy is simple:good, honest coffee with no shortcuts. They source 100% specialty beans from individual farms and cooperatives, prioritizing quality and sustainable farming over expensive certifications. Inside the roastery, they use the planet's most energy-efficient air-flow technology to "slow roast" in small batches. This method allows them to tailor every roast, striking the perfect balance between sweetness, acidity, and body.

From Soil to Cup

What sets Gringo apart is their deep connection to the soil. They co-ownFinca La Tierrain Colombia, a farm where they experiment with rare varieties like Geisha and Pink Bourbon and test innovative processing methods. Owning a farm has taught them the hard realities of cultivation, fueling a "zero-compromise" passion for the craft. Whether it's a micro-lot from their own land or a bag from a partner, they ensure you never doubt their love for coffee.
