Nomad Coffee began with a single cart in the mythical street markets of London back in 2011. Founder Jordi Mestre started as a "nomadic barista," learning the ropes in the city's best shops before bringing his championship-winning expertise to Barcelona in 2014. What started as a one-man passion project quickly evolved into the primary engine of the Spanish specialty coffee movement, transforming a simple love for the bean into a world-renowned roastery and culture hub.
