The story:
Nordic Christmas Coffee is the festive blend from Gringo Nordic. This year it combines Kenya Karimikui AA, Colombia Las Moras and Ethiopia Kayon Mountain. The cherries are hand-picked when ripe, then processed, dried, sorted and hulled at the farm before travelling to the roastery. Our partners at Gringo Nordic roast every bean light in central Gothenburg.

The taste:
A fresh, fruity and juicy cup full of life. Three origins share one light roast, which brings out vibrant flavours, a mild fruitiness and a pleasant sweetness with real character. The light roast keeps every origin clear, so the cup stays crisp and cheerful instead of heavy, leaving a sweet and refreshing finish that suits the whole season.

The feeling:
Brew it in a V60, Chemex or AeroPress for a clean, sparkling cup on a dark December morning. A lovely alternative to the usual spiced and roasted Christmas coffees, made for people who want brightness on the holiday table. Serve it with ginger biscuits, saffron buns or your favourite pastry, and let the brightness cut through the richness of the season.
