The story:
Deep in the lush, rolling forests of Guji, Ethiopia, we found this organic treasure. Sourced from small family farms around the Suke Quto Plantation at a dizzying 1800–2130m, these heirloom cherries were natural process dried under the sun to soak up every bit of that wild, orignal terroir.

The taste:
Expect a jammy character that hits you like a jar of sweet berries and dried fruit. This cup is a high sweetness bomb with a silky smooth vanilla finish. It’s flavorful and bold, with low bitterness and just enough low acidity to keep things bright and perfectly balanced.

The feeling:
We selected this filter roast for the fruit-lovers who want a lush, dessert-like daily ritual. It’s the ultimate slow-morning pour-over or a decadent fika companion. If you’re into organic coffees that taste like a liquid berry cobbler, this Guji is about to be your new best friend.
