Orders, Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
At this time, we are only shipping to Sweden.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is based on weight and the selected shipping method and is calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping on all orders over 399 kr.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship our packages primarily with Postnord and DHL. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.
How do I select my shipping method?
You choose your delivery method (Home Delivery, Service Point, or Pick Up) directly in the Cart before proceeding to checkout.
- Service Point: A map will appear for you to select your preferred location.
- Changing method: If you reach checkout and wish to switch methods (e.g., from Service Point to Home Delivery), simply navigate back to the Cart to update your selection.
When will I receive my order?
We pack orders daily. We usually dispatch orders placed by 15:00 the same day.
The shipping itself usually takes within 1-4 days within Sweden.
DHL Home Delivery parcels are currently only collected by the courier on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which might add an extra day to the delivery time.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email so you know when it's time for your next Holy Sip!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change something, please email us at hej@holysip.se immediately. If the order has already been packed or picked up by the carrier, we cannot make changes, but we can help you with a return.
Can I pick the order up at your warehouse?
Yes, local pickup at our Västervik warehouse is possible. After placing your order, you will receive an email with the pickup address and instructions as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Payment Methods
Which payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of secure payment options via Shopify Payments:
Klarna: Choose to Pay Later (Invoice), Pay Now, or Slice It (Installments).
Card Payment: We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Is it safe to pay in your shop?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through our trusted payment partners (Shopify payments). We never store your card details ourselves.
Can I pay against an invoice (Faktura)?
Yes, via Klarna. You can choose to receive the goods first and pay later using Klarnas pay later options.
Do you offer gift cards?
You bet! It’s the ultimate safe bet when you don’t know if your friend prefers a funky natural or a classic washed coffee. You pick the amount, they pick the beans. Everyone wins.
How long is a gift card valid?
It’s valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. That gives the lucky recipient a whole year to get thirsty (or wait for a specific limited-batch drop).
Coffee & Roasting
How fresh is the coffee?
You can find the roast date for the coffee you are ordering in the coffee specification to the left, under the calendar icon. Note that this is a minimum date. We always display the date of the oldest bag currently in stock for that specific roast. This means you might receive a bag that is even fresher than what’s listed, but never older. We are nerdy enough to care!
What is the difference between "Filter" and "Espresso" roast?
Filter Roast: Generally lighter. Keeps the natural acidity and fruitiness of the bean. Best for pour-over methods such as V60, Moccamaster, Aeropress, Clever Dripper or Chemex.
Espresso Roast: Generally slightly darker or developed longer to lower acidity and increase body, making it soluble enough for espresso machines.
Returns & Claims
Can I return coffee?
You can return bags of whole beans within 14 days, provided the packaging is completely unopened and the seal is intact.
We cannot accept returns of opened coffee bags due to hygiene and food safety regulations.
Can I return equipment/hardware?
Yes. For non-food items (machines, grinders, cups), you have a 14 day right of withdrawal. The item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
How do I make a return?
Please email us at hej@holysip.se with your order number. We will provide you with instructions. The customer pays for return shipping unless the item arrived defective.
What happens if I don't pick up my package?
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected from the service point, we charge a fee off 350 kr to cover shipping, return shipping, and administrative costs.
