    The story:
    Straight out of the Guji zone in Ethiopia, where Shakiso Hadeso grows between 1850 and 2100 MASL. This one went through the natural process, drying slowly on raised beds with the fruit still clinging on, which is exactly why it tastes the way it does. Nomad leaned into it with a light roast that refuses to sand down any of the edges.

    The taste:
    Loud, in the best possible way. The cup opens with a proper hit of rose aromatics before dropping a heavy load of candied blueberry onto your tongue. Raspberry follows with a sharp, jammy snap that keeps it from turning into syrup. Sweetness runs deep and the finish lingers like dessert wine.

    The feeling:
    A Clever Dripper is one of the best moves here. Immersion first to pull out all that dense fruit, then let it drain for clarity, and you get the best of both worlds. Perfect for a weekend morning when you actually want your coffee to be an event.
