Three Generations Coffee & Sons is a true multi-generational affair, uniting the passion of founder Daniel, his father Marek, and grandfather Marian. What started as a humble project in a home garage has blossomed into a professional specialty roastery in Biłgoraj, Poland. Despite this impressive expansion, the heart of the business remains a close-knit family working together, proving that professional standards are best upheld by three generations of shared dedication.

A Personal Note: Coffee & Sons marked Emil’s first real introduction to specialty coffee.
