The story:
We went hunting for something that punches right through the morning fog, and Coffee & Sons delivered. Sourced straight from the highlands of Ethiopia, this light roast is a spectacular Blend of Natural processed lots. It's been roasted with absolute precision in Poland to hit a rock-solid 84+ SCA score, locking in a vibrant fruit profile before anyone else could buy up the batch.

The taste:
An unapologetic fruit explosion. This coffee electrifies your tongue with the bold, juicy brightness of orange balanced against a deep, tart kick of pomegranate. Just when you think the fruit is going to run wild, a clean, elegant hint of bloom steps in to tie the whole cup together. It’s crisp, beautifully light, and leaves zero room for boring bitterness.

The feeling:
Built for the filter purists and light-roast rebels who want a juicy cup without the weird fermentation funk. It sits perfectly in that "refreshing and vibrant" sweet spot. Keep the milk far away from this one—brew it black in a V60 to experience the full flavor profile, or crash it over ice for a killer summer cold brew.
