The story:
Our partners at Spojka picked up this one from Las Palmas, Colombia. Piña Colada is a Pink Bourbon lot taken through a natural process and co-fermented with fruit, the kind of playful experimentation Spojka built its name on. An 89 score backs up just how dialed-in this fermentation actually is.

The taste:
Bright citrus and coconut hit first, sliding into something close to lemonade. The acidity runs high and the sweetness stays balanced, wrapped in a creamy, tropical texture that earns the name. It tastes more like a cocktail than a classic Colombian cup, in the best way.

The feeling:
