The story:
This Costa Rica gem comes from Tarrazú, where the sea breeze meets volcanic soil. We sourced this yeast washed lot from Spojka because of its wild, strictly controlled fermentation. It’s a high-level Specialty adventure that uses microorganisms to unlock an almost illegal amount of natural sweetness.

The taste:
Expect a floral explosion that hits like fresh hibiscus before diving into deep cherry sweetness. As an omniroast, it balances these vibrant red fruit vibes with a rich, velvety chocolate finish. The mouthfeel is remarkably juicy, making every sip feel like a complex, sensory masterpiece.
