Sourced from Ethiopian highlands at 1800–2200 MASL, this washed Heirloom lot proves light roast can still hit hard. Our partners at COFFEELAB built it around perfumed jasmine and a delicate citrusy finish, more botanical garden than coffee shop. COFFEE PLANT - FLOW Blossom
A high-altitude Ethiopian Heirloom blend from Yirgacheffe and Sidamo, washed clean and scoring a solid 84.5 SCA. COFFEE PLANT built this one around a delicate perfume of jasmine and violet, melting into crisp citrus and a green tea finish. Brew it in a Chemex and let the paper filter magnify every botanical note.

Grown at up to 1950m in Nensebo, Ethiopia, this washed lot is HAYB's take on effortless elegance. Expect a delicate Earl Grey body laced with citrus and honey, plus notes of peach and lemon trailing into a clean floral finish. A reliable Moccamaster or V60 companion for a calm, productive morning.
