DAK Coffee Roasters - The Alchemist 2025 Harvest
An experimentally processed, anaerobic natural Red Bourbon lot from Gasharu Farms in Rwanda, grown at 1750 MASL. This light roast features a highly crisp and vibrant structure, delivering an intense, mature sweetness of ripe tropical fruits balanced by a distinct finish of cacao nibs.

COFFEE PLANT - FLOW Jungle Fruit
A natural-process blend of SL14, SL28, and Heirloom varieties from Sironko (Uganda) and Yirgacheffe (Ethiopia), grown at 1000–2200 MASL (85.5 SCA points). It offers a highly refreshing profile characterized by a vibrant tropical wave of mango and passionfruit, backed by a deep sweetness of plum and apricot with zero bitterness.

GRINGO - Peru Nueva Florida
An organic lot from Rio Negro in Peru, grown at 1750-1800 masl where highland jungle meets old potato farming country. Our partners at Gringo selected it for the story of Nueva Florida, a literal new flowering. Washed, juicy and balanced, with blood orange, sweet peach and a base of milk chocolate. Lovely in a V60 or Clever Dripper.

A tropical thrill ride from Colombia's highest peaks, this natural process beauty is "effortless specialty" at its best.
