Who needs a flight when you've got a grinder? We’ve curated the best European roasting talent to take your palate on a high-caffeine tour of the continent's finest.
COFFEELAB - Guatemala Maria Perez Morales
An uncomplicated yet high-quality craft coffee from Huehuetenango. This washed light roast opens with a crisp, juicy character of ripe pear and fresh raspberry, beautifully rounded off by a smooth, nutty almond base. The ultimate choice for your AeroPress or filter brewer when you want maximum comfort in every morning cup.
Tanat - Colombia Melao Pink Bourbon
Our partners at Tanat picked this Pink Bourbon lot from Huila, Colombia, washed before drying for a cleaner, more precise cup. It scored high enough with the SCA to earn a spot as one of Tanat's core omniroasts. Rich blackcurrant opens the cup and lingers, backed by toasted almonds and black tea in a bright, Chemex-friendly finish.
DAK Coffee Roasters - The Alchemist
From Gasharu Farms in Rwanda, this experimental anaerobic natural Red Bourbon is a total flavor explosion. Expect a juicy wave of ripe tropical fruit finished with a bold touch of cocoa nibs. It's a crisp, vibrant light roast for your V60 when you want maximum complexity and character.
Spojka - Hakuna Matata
Our partners at Spojka sourced this one from smallholder farmers of the Rungeto Farmer's Cooperative in Kirinyaga, Kenya, washed at the Kiangoi Factory. Classic SL28 and SL34 trees grow here on volcanic soil, scoring an impressive 87.5. Juicy blueberry leads, backed by black tea and honey sweetness in a creamy, V60-friendly cup.
