Our partners at Coffee Collective found this lot with Reshad Albuls, a young producer running his family farm in Agaro, Jimma. Grown at 1950 masl and processed with the honey method, it is one of his first honey lots. Ripe vanilla and juicy white grape lead the cup, with soft peach on the finish. Gentle acidity, round body, dessert energy. Try it in a V60 or Chemex.
