A Sip of Coffee Collective: The Copenhagen Edit
Copenhagen isn't just about minimalist furniture and sleek bicycles; it's the global HQ of light-roast precision. We've curated this set to bring you the absolute finest from our partners at Coffee Collective, no flight to Denmark required.

Coffee Collective - Kieni
Grown at 1600–1800 masl in the Nyeri highlands, this washed SL28 and SL34 lot is pure Kenyan voltage. Expect a bright collision of blackcurrant, blackberry, and a tart streak of rhubarb, carried by a shimmering, full-bodied acidity. A crisp, punchy V60 pour for filter purists who want their morning cup wide awake.

Coffee Collective - Bombona
Sourced from fourth-generation farmer Jhonathan Gasca in Huila, Colombia, this washed lot goes through a three-stage fermentation finishing with 40 hours anaerobic. Expect chocolate and caramel wrapped around ripe blackberries, silky and balanced rather than showy. A gentle entry point for anyone easing into washed Colombian coffee.

Coffee Collective - Daterra
A heavy-hitting natural lot from Daterra, the agronomic mega-estate in Cerrado, Brazil, grown at 900–1200 masl and given a precision medium roast. Rich chocolate coats the palate like liquid fudge, backed by a deep, sticky dried fruit sweetness and a clean, low-toned finish. The ultimate daily anchor for batch brewers who hate sour fruit bombs.

Coffee Collective - Gichathaini
Another washed powerhouse from Nyeri, Kenya, grown at 1600–1900 masl on volcanic soil. This one leans even further into acidity, with punchy gooseberry, rhubarb, and a sophisticated sea buckthorn twist. Bright, clean, and completely bitterness-free, it's built for acid-heads chasing a wild berry garden in their V60.
