A Brazil and Colombia base flavoured with sweet orange peel, freshly ground cardamom and tonka bean, roasted medium dark by our partners at Gringo Nordic. Expect warm citrus, Nordic baking spice and a marzipan-like finish. It is sold ground for brewing, so scoop it into your filter machine or V60 and let the house smell like advent.

A Gringo classic since 2019, updated for 2026 with Brazil Irmas Pereira Yellow Bourbon, Kenya AA and Rwanda Nyamurinda. Our partners at Gringo Nordic roast it medium dark for a full, rounded cup with dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. Make a big pot in a Clever Dripper for family gatherings and cinnamon buns.

Kenya Karimikui AA, Colombia Las Moras and Ethiopia Kayon Mountain share one light roast from our partners at Gringo Nordic in central Gothenburg. The cup is fresh, fruity and juicy, with a mild sweetness that keeps a table full of ginger biscuits and saffron buns from feeling heavy. Brew it in a V60 or Chemex when you want brightness in December.
