Elixir is our partners at Heresy's ever-changing blend, built from whatever exceptional lots happen to be sitting in the roastery at the time. This batch pulls from Colombia and beyond, chosen for how the individual flavors play off each other rather than for hitting any fixed recipe, so no two bags are ever quite the same.

The taste:
Red fruits and citrus lead the cup, layered with chocolate depth underneath and a floral lift that keeps things interesting sip after sip. Nothing here sits still for long, the profile shifts slightly as the cup cools, which is exactly the kind of movement Heresy built this blend to chase. Buy it now, because this exact version won't come back.

The feeling:
Brew it in a V60 and enjoy it for what it is: a snapshot, not a formula. A medium grind and a steady pour let the red fruit and floral notes show up clearly without the chocolate taking over, though this batch is forgiving enough to handle a slightly off ratio. Worth trying before it changes again.

About the roastery

Heresy is a turbo nano roastery out of Poland, and they've got opinions. Since 2021 they've only roasted microlots scoring 86 points or higher, because life's too short for boring coffee. Founding roaster Piotr Jeżewski is a Q Grader trained by a World Champion, and the rest of the crew has judged national championships and run PR for some of Poland's biggest coffee names. No fussy tasting wheels, no gatekeeping, just small batches in brown jars they'd actually want to drink themselves.
