The story:
Antidotum comes from Brazil, grown at 900 to 1200 MASL and processed naturally for maximum sweetness and minimum edge. Our partners at Heresy named it the antidote for anyone who thinks specialty coffee has to be sharp, complicated, or an acquired taste, proof that low-altitude Brazilian lots can still hold serious quality.
The taste:
Smooth chocolate and roasted nuts dominate the cup from start to finish, with barely-there acidity and generous, rounded sweetness underneath. There is nothing sharp or demanding here, just a steady, comforting profile that stays consistent whether you drink it hot off the brew or slightly cooled. An easy coffee to trust every single day.
The feeling:
Brew it in a Chemex for a clean, low-fuss cup that never asks much of you, forgiving enough to handle a rushed pour just as well as a careful one. Good for anyone newer to filter coffee who wants a soft landing before moving on to brighter, more demanding lots. A genuinely friendly cup.

About the roastery
Heresy is a turbo nano roastery out of Poland, and they've got opinions. Since 2021 they've only roasted microlots scoring 86 points or higher, because life's too short for boring coffee. Founding roaster Piotr Jeżewski is a Q Grader trained by a World Champion, and the rest of the crew has judged national championships and run PR for some of Poland's biggest coffee names. No fussy tasting wheels, no gatekeeping, just small batches in brown jars they'd actually want to drink themselves.
