The story:
ONE is a Honduran espresso built from a single country, a single farm and a single variety, Catuaí. It comes from Finca El Puente in La Paz, run by Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera, who have won numerous awards, including Cup of Excellence recognitions. Four lots, washed, natural, semi-anaerobic and anaerobic, are blended to build depth.

The taste:
Almond and caramel lead, wrapped in sweet spices and a deep chocolate finish. The four processes add complexity, intensity and sweetness, while acidity stays gentle and the body feels round and harmonious. The result is a rich, comforting espresso with a long chocolate aftertaste and a soft fruity hint in the background.

The feeling:
Pull it on your espresso machine for a dense, sweet shot, or build a flat white or cortado where the almond and caramel stand up to the milk. A dependable choice for a daily ritual, when you want character and comfort in the same cup, without any harsh edges to deal with.

About the roastery

Ditta Artigianale is a Florence roastery that treats coffee like a craft and a story worth telling. Since 2013, founders Francesco Sanapo, a barista champion and Italy’s best coffee taster, and Patrick Hoffer have travelled far for exclusive micro-lots and roasted them with hot air and patience. The roasting crew is Q Grader certified and includes Italy’s best roaster of 2019. Five coffee bars and a coffee school later, they still love telling the story behind every cup.
