The story:
JUMP is the first blend from Ditta Artigianale, built from specialty lots from three small farms in Colombia, Brazil and Ethiopia. Each origin has a job to do: Colombia brings a smooth, harmonious taste, Brazil adds natural, chocolatey sweetness and Ethiopia lifts the cup with floral aroma. Our partners at Ditta Artigianale roast it to order in Florence.

The taste:
Hazelnut and almond lead, followed by a touch of lemon and lime freshness and a light dried fruit note. A smooth chocolate finish closes the cup. Acidity sits at medium and the sweetness feels natural, so the blend stays balanced, friendly and easy to drink from the first sip to the last.

The feeling:
Pull it on your espresso machine for a balanced shot, or turn it into a flat white or cortado where the nuts and chocolate shine. A friendly all-rounder for the morning routine, the kind you reach for when you want a safe and tasty cup that still has a little spark of citrus.

About the roastery

Ditta Artigianale is a Florence roastery that treats coffee like a craft and a story worth telling. Since 2013, founders Francesco Sanapo, a barista champion and Italy’s best coffee taster, and Patrick Hoffer have travelled far for exclusive micro-lots and roasted them with hot air and patience. The roasting crew is Q Grader certified and includes Italy’s best roaster of 2019. Five coffee bars and a coffee school later, they still love telling the story behind every cup.
