The story:
Crafted by COFFEELAB, this crisp light roast showcases the intense power of the Tanzanian peaberry. Sourced from the Itumpi cooperative in Songwe, Tanzania, local producers grow these N 39 and KT 423 varieties at 1500–1700 MASL. Made up entirely of round "peaberries" (PB)—a natural anomaly yielding a single, highly dense bean inside the cherry—and fully Washed, this lot delivers a hyper-focused flavor profile.

The taste:
Brilliantly clear, juicy, and electric. The cup introduces itself with a sharp, refreshing wave of green-red rhubarb coupled with the unmistakable zesty kick of pink grapefruit. It maintains a beautifully light, tea-like body and a sparkling acidity that leaves a pristine, hyper-clean finish on the palate.

The feeling:
This ultra-clear profile makes it a stellar candidate for the classic Hario V60 or a manual drip cone. The paper filter accentuates the light, tea-like clarity and pristine grapefruit acidity. Thanks to its incredibly refreshing structure, this coffee is also practically begging to be brewed hot directly over ice for a spectacular summer flash-brew session.
