The story:
Our partners at COFFEELAB went straight to the source for this one. This is Heirloom coffee from the Ethiopian highlands, grown at a dizzying 1800–2200 MASL. At these heights, the beans get stressed out in all the right ways, resulting in a washed light roast that’s more "botanical garden" than "coffee shop." They basically stole the most elegant lot in the region.

The taste:
It’s like drinking a bouquet—but way more badass. This coffee is perfumed and tea-like, hitting you with intense jasmine notes and a delicate, citrusy finish. It’s light, crisp, and incredibly clean. If you’re looking for heavy body, look elsewhere; this is all about floral elegance and a bright, zesty vibration.

The feeling:
This is for the purists and the "tea-drinker turned coffee nerd." It’s sophisticated, complex, and demands your full attention. Drink this black during a slow morning when you want a cup that feels like liquid silk.
