The story:
Another genius move from COFFEE PLANT for the late-night brewers. By combining Mundo Novo and Red Bourbon varieties from Brazil and Rwanda (Kigoma), they’ve created a berry-heavy masterpiece at 1000–2000 MASL. This light roast is an intentional Blend of CO2-decaf and regular Natural lots, offering an 84 SCA score and a low-caffeine profile that cuts the jitters but keeps the massive flavor.

The taste:
Like drinking a handful of fresh forest fruit dipped in cream. It bursts onto your palate with a sweet, juicy combination of blueberry and raspberry, backed by a crisp, bright touch of citrus fruits. The whole cup is tied together by a rich, velvety foundation of white chocolate that leaves a dangerously sweet aftertaste.

The feeling:
This is the ultimate late-evening pour-over crush. Brewing it via a classic drip method keeps the berry notes crystal clear while letting that white chocolate finish coat your tongue. If you want a complex, fruity dessert cup at 9 PM without bouncing off the walls, this low-caf savior is a mandatory addition to your shelf.
