The story:
A wildly complex, limited-edition micro-lot from COFFEE PLANT that refuses to fade into the background. Sourced from the Las Flores region in Indonesia, this spectacular light roast features a superb blend of Yellow Typica and Caturra varieties grown at an altitude of 1400–1700 MASL. Processed through a sophisticated Anaerobic Natural fermentation, these beans have developed an intense, multi-dimensional character that slowly peels back its layers with every single sip.

The taste:
Bold, unconventional, and brilliantly structured. The cup commands attention right away with a juicy explosion of tart cranberries clashing beautifully with the zesty brightness of fresh grapefruit. Just as the vibrant fruit notes peak, a deep, comforting layer of dark cacao and an intriguing, savory whisper of rich balsamic vinegar envelope the entire profile for a heavy, syrupy, and unforgettable finish.
