The story:
COFFEE PLANT combined the best high-altitude Heirloom crops from Yirgacheffe & Sidamo, Ethiopia. Grown at 1500–2100 MASL, these beans were fully Washed to eliminate any muddy background noise. Sitting on a solid 84.5 SCA score, this light roast is as technically clean as it gets.

The taste:
Like drinking a caffeinated greenhouse. The cup hits with a delicate perfume of jasmine and violet, melting into a crisp wave of citrus fruits and a clean green tea finish. It’s lean, elegant, and entirely focused on clarity over heavy sugar.

The feeling:
This is the ultimate Chemex playground. The heavy paper filtration acts like a magnifying glass for these delicate botanical notes, keeping the body light and tea-like. If you want an elegant, clean brew without the heavy sludge, FLOW Blossom is your sanctuary.
