The story:
Our partners at Coffee Collective sourced this washed powerhouse from the legendary slopes of Nyeri, Kenya. Grown between 1,600–1,900 masl, these SL28 and SL34 beans are the result of volcanic soil and meticulous drying. We selected this lot because it’s a high-voltage adventure that perfectly represents why Kenyan terroir is in a league of its own.

The taste:
Brace yourself for a sensory explosion that is both acidic and fresh. This filter roast is packed with punchy, vibrant notes of gooseberry, rhubarb, and a sophisticated twist of sea buckthorn. With a shimmering acidity and sweetness, it’s a bright, fruit-forward experience that feels crisp, clean, and entirely bitterness-free.

The feeling:
We picked Gichathaini for the acid-heads who want their coffee to taste like a morning in a wild berry garden. It’s the ultimate slow-morning filter for your V60, designed to wake up your palate without any of the bitterness. Perfect for those moments when you need a high-character brew that’s as refreshing as it is complex.
