The story:
Todosantarita is a washed coffee from the Todosantarita cooperative in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, made from Caturra, Pache and Typica. The region is known for dry, warm weather and well structured coffees that handle dark roasting beautifully. Our partners at Tanat roast it dark for an espresso with deep, classic character. A traditional profile with real depth.

The taste:
Dark chocolate and cocoa lead the cup, with a subtle red fruit acidity showing at the edges to keep it lively. The body is heavy and smooth, and the finish stays long and bittersweet. It tastes bold and classic, the way many people expect espresso to taste, with enough sweetness to stay balanced.

The feeling:
Pull it on your espresso machine for a thick, chocolatey shot, or use it as the base of a flat white or cortado, where it cuts through milk easily. A strong, dependable coffee for cold mornings, when you need something warm and substantial to start the day and keep going.

About the roastery

Tanat is a specialty coffee roastery from Paris, and its founder can back up the hype: Alexis Gagnaire is a former competitive barista who's podiumed at both the AeroPress Championship and the French Coffee Roasting Championship. The team travels to origin themselves, buying directly from farms and cooperatives they've known for years, and every batch gets roasted with the same care you'd expect from an atelier. No shortcuts, no pods, just clean, terroir-driven coffee.
