The story:
Our partners at Spojka sourced this 88 SCA gem from Brayan Alvear in Huila, Colombia. We selected it for its wild co-fermentation with dehydrated strawberries at 1,500 – 1,900 masl. This isn't just coffee; it's a technical flavor heist where the beans absorb intense fruitiness during a 5-day anaerobic soak.

The taste:
This omniroast is essentially a liquid milkshake. Expect a creamy body dripping with strawberry jam, raspberries, and a candy-like sweetness. With a high acidity and high sweetness, it’s a vibrant, dessert-like explosion anchored by a smooth milk chocolate finish and zero bitterness.
