This is Ethiopia in its most royal form. Sourced from the Guji Hambela region at a staggering 1800–2100 MASL, these beans are the product of slow-maturation magic. Processed at the Lensa Gari washing station, the cherries are sun-dried on African raised beds until they’ve soaked up every bit of complexity the soil has to offer. We didn’t just select this; we bowed down to its elegance.

The taste:
Pure, unadulterated finesse. This natural process hits you with a shimmering bergamot acidity that feels more like an expensive Earl Grey than a standard brew. It’s light, crisp, and packed with soft stone fruit sweetness—think white peaches or apricots. It’s a clean, floral-forward experience that defines what high-altitude Ethiopian coffee should be.
