Expect a syrupy wave of blackberry and sweet cherry jam, anchored by a rich date sweetness. Run it through an AeroPress for a thick, marmalade-like cup.

HAYB - Chillwave Strawberry Blend
Our partners at HAYB built this one as a summer mashup, blending a washed Caldas/Tolima lot with a strawberry co-fermented half from the same region, both scoring an 88. Ripe strawberry runs through the cup, lifted by orange brightness and a toffee finish. Brew it through a V60, or run it cold.
