Henry and his family run a tight ship on their one-hectare plot in Huila, Colombia, sitting at a solid 1800 masl sweet spot. This isn't just coffee; it’s a middle finger to the old-school exporters. By cutting out the shadow-dwelling middlemen, Henry finally knows exactly who’s drinking his high-end Pink Bourbon, and we get a lot that's been babied from harvest to roast.
