Our partners at HAYB sourced this liquid gold from the royal hills of Cajamarca, Peru. Grown at altitudes up to 2000 masl, these washed beans carry a legacy fit for an emperor. We selected this espresso roast for its ability to bridge the gap between classic depth and modern sweetness.
