    The story:
    A rare, limited-edition drop from HAYB that turns everything you know about Indonesian coffee upside down. Sourced from the Pantan Musara region, this light roast consists entirely of the unique Tim Tim botanical variety grown at 1300–1500 MASL. Processed using the Natural method to unlock maximum complexity, it secured an outstanding 87 SCA score.

    The taste:
    Deep, punchy, and wildly untamed. The profile hits with a sophisticated, boozy wave of Port Wine, followed immediately by a sharp, electrifying bite of gooseberry. The whole experience finishes on a high, vibrant note of juicy red currant. It is heavy, complex, and completely free of earthy bitterness.
