Our partners at HAYB have realized the Colombian dream with this permanent resident in their lineup. We selected this washed lot from Cauca because it thrives at a staggering 1700-2000 masl, resulting in a high-density bean with a serious 86 SCA score. It is the ultimate bridge between wild, experimental fruit bombs and the reliable, classic comfort of a top-tier espresso.
