    The story:
    We didn’t just source this lot; we hijacked a summer festival. HAYB pulled off a cross-regional mastermind move by blending beans from Caldas & Tolima, Colombia, grown at a staggering 2000–2100 MASL. This light-roast powerhouse went through a wild Washed and Wine-Fermented process that completely broke the flavor matrix. Scoring an elite 88 SCA, this is scientific fermentation at its absolute finest.

    The taste:
    An absolute punch in the throat of pure summer. It hits you instantly with a juicy wave of watermelon and a heavy piña colada vibe, followed by a nostalgic, sugary kick of bubble gum. It’s loud, it's fruity, and it’s so vibrant it will make your V60 feel like a neon-lit tiki bar. Zero traditional boring coffee notes here—just pure, unadulterated tropical anarchy.

    The feeling:
    Built for the flavor rebels and the light-roast experimenters who want their cup to taste like a beach holiday. If you are looking for a standard, nutty morning brew, run away.
