    The story:
    HAYB is back with their experimental brilliance. This light roast blends premium Caturra & Castillo varieties from Caldas & Tolima, Colombia, grown at a staggering 2000–2100 MASL. Using an advanced Washed + Passion Fruit co-fermentation, they’ve captured pure tropical electricity in a bean, locking down a stellar 88 SCA score.

    The taste:
    An intense, juicy tropical explosion from the very first sip. The profile hits hard with a dominant, tart wave of fresh passion fruit balanced beautifully against the deep, sweet kick of pomegranate. A vibrating layer of bright citrus fruits runs through the entire cup, completely leaving traditional, heavy coffee notes behind for a clean, fruit-juice clarity.

    The feeling:
    This is a certified pour-over or V60 thrill ride. The clean drip filtration cuts through the dense fruit sugars to separate those intricate, fermented layers perfectly.
