The story:
Our partners at Gringo have spent two decades building a bond with the Magaña family in El Salvador to secure this vibrant lot. These Pacamara cherries are hand-picked only when they turn a deep, royal purple—right on the edge of over-ripeness. We selected this natural process lot from Apaneca because it’s a slow-dried labor of love that respects the local ecosystem.
The taste:
Get ready for a creamy texture that feels like a velvet cloak for your tongue. This light roast hits you with lush plums and zesty orange marmalade, followed by a smooth finish of milk chocolate and nectarine. It’s a perfectly balanced cup where orange peel brightness meets a deep, jammy sweetness that lingers long after the last sip.
The feeling:
We sourced this because it’s a total crowd-pleaser that shines in every brewing method you can throw at it. Whether it's a slow V60 Sunday or a Double Espresso Monday, this coffee is built for those who want a high-character, "just right" body. It’s the perfect companion for a long brunch when you want a brew with enough personality to start its own conversation.
