The story:
Straight from Amsterdam's roasting superstars DAK Coffee Roasters, as seen in Screenshot 2026-06-30 at 18.04.53.png, comes a batch that is pure, unadulterated flavor theater. Sourced from the Guji region in Ethiopia at a high altitude of 1900 MASL, these Heirloom beans have undergone a wild, experimental Anaerobic Natural fermentation process. It’s a light roast designed for those who want their coffee turned all the way up.

The taste:
An absolute sensory explosion. This cup hits hard with a deep, intensely sweet wave of wild berries and juicy, complex purple fruits (think concord grapes and dark plums).
