The story:
Our partners at COFFEELAB snagged this classic from San Pedro Necta in the legendary Huehuetenango region. At a solid 1500 masl, the high-altitude climate cooks up a washed lot that’s all about balance and body. We selected this Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra blend because it’s a rock-solid example of why Guatemala remains the king of crowd-pleasing, heavy-hitting espresso.

The taste:
This dark roast is a liquid  bar with a brain. You’re getting hit with creamy milk chocolate and toasted almond, but then a sharp, zesty punch of raspberry cuts through the noise. It has a high sweetness and almost no acidity, making for a syrupy, velvet-textured shot that coats your mouth like expensive praline.

The feeling:
This is for the "I want my coffee to taste like a candy bar" rebel who hates the sour, fruity stuff. If you’re looking for an espresso that plays perfectly with milk or stands alone as a decadent morning ritual, this is your new daily driver. It’s reliable, bold, and unapologetically sweet—the ultimate fix for a serious caffeine craving.
