The story:
Crafted by COFFEELAB, this experimental light roast features the mysterious Bourbon Aji variety from Pitalito & Huila, Colombia. Named after a chili pepper due to its unique cherry aroma, genetic testing later revealed a massive plot twist: it is actually of rare Ethiopian origin. Processed via a complex, multi-stage Hydro Honey method, these beans offer an incredibly layered, juicy, and dynamic profile.

The taste:
An endless playground of ripe fruitiness. The cup is heavily anchored by a prominent strawberry note that morphs from fresh fruit into a creamy strawberry-yogurt chocolate. This soft sweetness is beautifully completed by tropical mango and a sharp, electrifying layer of tart sea buckthorn that charges the finish with intense acidity.

The feeling:
This wildly layered and dynamic profile is an exceptional match for the Dripper. The unique conical shape and deep grooves of the Origami open up the extraction, perfectly capturing the intense, lingering sea buckthorn acidity while allowing the creamy strawberry-chocolate notes to coat your palate.
