The story:
A strictly limited seasonal treat crafted by COFFEE PLANT. This single-origin filter release shines a spotlight on the Huye region of Rwanda. Grown at an altitude of 1700 MASL, this light roast consists entirely of the exceptional Red Bourbon variety. Thanks to the meticulous Natural processing, the beans have retained an immense amount of organic sugars and juicy traits, creating a bright, sun-soaked profile.

The taste:
A beautiful collision of ripe summer sweetness and vibrant clarity. The cup bursts forward with the sweet, jammy notes of fresh strawberry and the fleshy, honeyed character of yellow plum. This rich fruit profile is elevated by a crisp, refreshing splash of citrus fruits, while a smooth, elegant undertone of toasted almonds grounds the finish.

The feeling: T
his versatile jewel is an absolute chameleon. Brewed as a warm pour-over or Aeropress, it delivers complex, layered fruit elegance. However, its juicy nature makes it spectacular on ice or prepared as a slow-steeped cold brew, bringing out even more of its refreshing fruit-juice side. If you want a sweet, vibrant filter cup that tastes like liquid sunshine, don't miss this limited run.
