The story:
Grown where three mountain ranges collide in Huila, Colombia, these Caturra beans thrive in mineral-rich volcanic soil. Our partners at COFFEE PLANT sourced this washed lot from Finca Los Robles because it perfectly captures the high-altitude energy and purity of the Magdalena river valley.

The taste:
Get ready for a velvety base of milk chocolate spiked with a sophisticated winey acidity. It’s a sensory feast of ripe cherry notes that stay clean and bright, offering a dense, sweet body with a refreshing, fruity twist that cuts beautifully through every shot.

The feeling:
We selected this for the espresso lovers who want a chocolatey soul with a complex, fruity edge. It’s the ultimate partner for milky lattes where the berry notes pop, or a vibrant straight shot for that perfect, high-character afternoon pick-me-up.
