The story:
We didn’t pick this up for the faint of heart; we brought it in for the true comfort-seekers. The flavor architects at COFFEE PLANT built this heavy-hitter by joining forces across borders with India (Karnataka) & Brazil (Minas Gerais). Grown at 900–1300 MASL, this Blend of Natural and Washed lots hits an 83 SCA score. It’s a medium-roasted fortress that completely outlaws aggressive citric sourness.

The taste:
An absolute tidal wave of pure confectionery richness. It coats your mouth instantly with dense milk chocolate and heavy, raw cacao. As the shot settles, it develops a deep, jammy sweetness reminiscent of raisins, rounded out by a warm, toasted finish of crunchy nuts. It’s thick, syrupy, and packs zero sour surprises.

The feeling:
This is your morning espresso machine champion. It is literally engineered to be a milk-cutting weapon—creating lattes and flat whites that taste like liquid praline. If you take it naked as a straight shot, expect a velvety, old-school Italian experience with a modern specialty upgrade.
