The story:
This lot comes from Mogiana in São Paulo, one of Brazil's classic espresso heartlands, grown at 800 to 1200 MASL from Mundo Novo trees. Our partners at COFFEE PLANT process it natural and roast it dark in Warsaw, built specifically for pressure brewing. It is a straightforward, dependable Brazilian built to anchor a menu rather than steal the show.

The taste:
Cocoa and milk chocolate run through the whole cup, with roasted hazelnut filling out the finish. Body is full and syrupy, sweetness sits high, and the acidity stays gentle and rounded rather than sharp. This is comfort in a cup, built for people who want their espresso to taste like dessert rather than a science experiment.

The feeling:
Pull it through your espresso machine for a dense, chocolatey shot, or run it through a moka pot on a slow weekend morning for the same character with a bit more body. It plays just as well with milk as it does on its own, an easy default for cappuccinos and flat whites alike. A reliable house Brazilian, the kind you keep stocked without thinking twice.

About the roastery

COFFEE PLANT is one of Warsaw’s fastest-growing specialty roastery, where Q-Grader precision meets award-winning design. Founded by an investment advisor turned roaster, they focus on "clean taste" and distinct flavor descriptors to highlight each bean's origin. Blending art with innovation, they collaborate with cultural institutions while pushing boundaries with products like in-house drip bags and "Low Caf" options.
