The story:
Our partners at Coffee Collective hunted down this razor-sharp washed lot from Luis Edgar Camacho Mateus at La Palma estate. Located in the world-famous Huila region of Colombia, this coffee sits at a rock-solid 1733 masl high-altitude sweet spot. This is Pink Bourbon territory—a natural hybrid variety famous for kicking standard arabica profiles right in the teeth with elite, high-definition complexity and laser-focused transparency.
The taste:
This cup hits your palate like a freshly plucked bucket of Danish summer fruit. An immediate, tart blast of redcurrant and crisp cherry completely electrifies your tongue. The high-voltage acidity is balanced beautifully by the herbal, earthy sweetness of rosehip, giving the entire profile an incredibly elegant, clean, and light structure that morphs into a mouth-watering finish.
The feeling:
This is engineered for the hardcore filter purists who treat their V60 like a laboratory instrument. If you want a cup that is bright, refreshing, and tastes like a crisp botanical infusion rather than heavy morning sludge, this Colombian masterpiece is your new benchmark. Drink it black, drink it slow, and let that acidity wake your brain up.
