The story:
Our partners at Coffee Collective built this espresso around two very different coffee cultures. 67% comes from Daterra, the innovation-driven mega-estate in Cerrado, Brazil, known for its mini-farm system and constant agronomic experimentation. The other 33% is Caranavi, grown by smallholder farmers high in Bolivia's Yungas mountains. Roasted together, the two lots settle into one steady, reliable cup built for daily drinking.

The taste:
Expect a balanced and sweet shot with a full, round body. Chocolate sits at the center of the cup, backed by soft dried fruit and a gentle caramel finish. Acidity stays low and sweetness stays high, so nothing fights for attention. It's the kind of cup that tastes the same, pull after pull, which is exactly the point of a house blend.

The feeling:
This is the blend for your everyday espresso machine shot, whether that's a straight espresso or a flat white with the chocolate note pushing through the milk. It also holds up well in a stovetop Bialetti Moka Express for something closer to a strong morning brew. Reach for it on repeat, no thinking required, any day, any mood.
