Giveaway Rules: Tag Your Coffee Buddy

These are the full rules for the Holy Sip Instagram giveaway "Tag Your Coffee Buddy". By taking part, you accept these rules.
1. Organiser
1.1 The giveaway is organised by Holy Sip AB, org. no. 559565-1109, Pipers gata 10A, 593 38 Västervik, Sweden ("Holy Sip", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hej@holysip.se.
1.2 The giveaway is part of Holy Sip's marketing and runs on Instagram, on the account @holysip.se.
2. The prize
2.1 One (1) winner receives a coffee package containing:
- Coffee Collective Kieni, filter, 250 g
- Coffee Plant FLOW Very Berry, filter, 250 g
- Clever Dripper (Large) in Translucent Gray
- Paper filters that fit the Clever Dripper (Large, 100 pack)
2.2 The total value of the prize is approximately SEK 816 including VAT, based on our webshop prices on 30 October 2026.
2.3 The prize is shipped to the winner free of charge within Sweden. It cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, and it cannot be transferred to someone else.
2.4 If any part of the prize is out of stock when we ship, we replace it with an equivalent product of the same value.
3. Who can take part
3.1 You can take part if you are 18 years or older and have a delivery address in Sweden.
3.2 Employees of Holy Sip AB and their immediate family cannot take part.
3.3 You must take part with your own personal Instagram account. Fake accounts, automated accounts and accounts created only for this giveaway are not accepted.
4. How to take part
4.1 To enter, you need to do all three of the following:
- Follow Holy Sip on Instagram (@holysip.se).
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment on the giveaway post by tagging your coffee buddy and writing when you drink coffee together.
4.2 Each person can enter once. Extra comments or extra tagged friends do not increase your chances.
4.3 The person you tag does not have to take part or follow us. Only tag a real person you actually drink coffee with. We will not contact the people who are tagged.
4.4 No purchase is required. Taking part is free, and buying something from our webshop does not affect your chances of winning.
5. Giveaway period
5.1 The giveaway runs from when the post is published until Sunday 8 November 2026 at 23:59 (Swedish time). Comments made after that are not counted.
6. The draw and the winner
6.1 After the giveaway period ends, one winner is drawn at random among all valid entries. The draw is made by Holy Sip using a random selection tool. Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning. When the draw is made, we check that the winner follows Holy Sip, has liked the giveaway post, and that their comment is still there. If any of this is not the case, we draw a new winner.
6.2 The draw takes place in week 46 (9 to 13 November 2026). The winner is contacted by private message on Instagram from the account @holysip.se no later than Friday 13 November 2026. We will never ask for payment or card details.
6.3 The winner must reply within 7 days of our message and provide a name, a delivery address in Sweden and a phone number for the carrier. If the winner does not reply in time, or cannot receive the prize, we draw a new winner.
6.4 We ship the prize within 14 days of receiving the delivery details.
6.5 The winner's Instagram username may be published on Holy Sip's Instagram account. Tell us when we contact you if you would rather we did not.
7. Disqualification and changes
7.1 We may exclude anyone who breaks these rules, uses fake or automated accounts, or tries to manipulate the draw.
7.2 We may change or cancel the giveaway if something outside our control happens, for example technical problems or Instagram removing the post. Any change will be published on this page.
7.3 To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for technical problems on Instagram or for comments that do not reach us.
8. Instagram
8.1 This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By taking part, you release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility connected with the giveaway, and you agree to follow Instagram's terms of use.
8.2 Questions and complaints about the giveaway go to Holy Sip, not to Instagram.
9. Personal data
9.1 The controller of your personal data in this giveaway is Holy Sip AB.
9.2 We process your Instagram username and your comment to run the draw. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6.1(f) GDPR), because we need this to run and promote the giveaway. For the winner, we also process name, address and phone number to deliver the prize.
9.3 We keep the data only as long as needed to run the giveaway and handle any questions about it, and no longer than 30 days after the draw. The winner's delivery details are the exception: they are kept for as long as the Swedish Accounting Act requires. Your comment also remains on Instagram, which handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.
9.4 We share the winner's delivery details with the carrier that delivers the prize. We do not add anyone to our newsletter because they took part.
9.5 You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to our processing, and to data portability. Contact us at hej@holysip.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), www.imy.se.

10. Tax
10.1 The winner is responsible for any tax on the prize, to the extent the law requires it.
11. Governing law
11.1 Swedish law applies to this giveaway. Any dispute that we cannot solve by talking to each other is decided by a Swedish court. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
