The Flex:
The Clever Dripper is the "set it and forget it" of the specialty world. We selected it because it solves the biggest problem with pour-over: human error. By combining the rich body of a French Press (immersion) with the paper-filtered clarity of a V60, it gives you a fool-proof, balanced brew every time. No fancy kettle required.

Holy Sip! Pro-Tip: Use a slightly coarser grind than usual. Since the water sits with the coffee longer, a coarser setting keeps the flavor sweet and prevents over-extraction.
