The story:
Our partners at Gringo recently visited Luis Alberto Balladarez at his Bella Vista farm in Nicaragua. Grown at 1650 masl, this washed lot features the unique Paraiso variety, a hybrid thriving under guava shade. We selected it for its innovative 48-hour anaerobic fermentation, a process that locks in a structured, terroir-driven complexity.
