The story:
Our partners at Spojka sourced this mind-blowing lot from Bang Silalahi in Sumatra, Indonesia. We selected this anaerobic washed lot because it features a wild fruit enzyme infusion that pushes the boundaries of traditional Toba coffee. It’s a high-tech 85 SCA adventure grown at 1,200 – 1,600 masl.

The taste:
Imagine a candy-like sweetness that hits a max on the scale. You’ll discover lush yellow melon, jelly, and honey layered over a crisp apple finish. This omniroast is vibrant and juicy with a medium acidity and absolutely zero bitterness to hold you back.

We picked Hubba Bubba for the adventurous drinkers who want their coffee to taste like a trip to the sweet shop. It’s a playful omniroast that kills it as a funky espresso or a vibrant filter. Perfect for a fika that needs a serious injection of fun and a "wow" factor.
